This closing was an extra special one for me. ❤️

This time, I had the privilege of helping a long-time friend I’ve known my whole life take a pretty exciting step. Getting to sit beside her at the closing table this week made this one a little more special.

🏡❤️ **SOLD + CLOSED… AND WELCOME HOME!** ❤️🏡

I may be a few days late posting this closing, but this one deserves its own moment.

Every buyer I have the privilege of helping is unique, and every closing has its own story. But every once in a while, one hits a little closer to **home**.

Last Friday, I had the privilege of helping my buyer officially close on 452 County Road 1209 and **relocate back home to Carlisle County.** ❤️

There’s something extra special about helping someone who was born and raised in the same little corner of Kentucky that I was find their way back home.

Because when you’re from a small town, *home* means more than an address.

It’s familiar roads you could probably drive with your eyes closed. It’s people who know your family. It’s memories tucked into places everyone else might simply drive past. It’s knowing which road leads where without ever needing GPS. 😂 And no matter how far life takes you, there’s just something about coming back to the place that helped make you who you are.

I’m incredibly grateful that my buyer trusted me to help make that homecoming happen. Being their Realtor was special, but getting to say **“Welcome back home to Carlisle County”** was even better. ❤️

Wellllll… apparently we’re making this a 2 CLOSED + 1 UNDER CONTRACT kind of week! 😎💃

Closing #2 is officially DONE, another property is UNDER CONTRACT, and I’m heading into the weekend with a big ol’ smile on my face!

Real estate definitely keeps me on my toes, but weeks like this are a pretty sweet reminder of why I love what I do. Helping people move from “What’s next?” to “IT’S CLOSED!” never gets old.

5145 Michael Drive is officially **CLOSED**, and today is definitely a day worth celebrating!

One of the best parts of real estate is getting to work with genuinely wonderful people, and I was so fortunate to have an amazing seller on this one. From the very beginning all the way to the closing table, he was an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. I’m incredibly thankful that he trusted me to represent him and his property throughout the entire process.

There’s a lot that happens between putting that **FOR SALE** sign in the ground and getting to put **SOLD** across it, and days like today make it all worth it. ❤️

At Kentucky’s Calvert Drive-In theatre, starting today (July 31st) you can watch the highly anticipated Spider-Man: Brand New Day under the moonlight! The new 2026 Spider-Man movie begins its Calvert run at 9 p.m., with additional showings scheduled through August 15. Pull into a parking spot, tune your radio to 91.1 FM, or settle outside with lawn chairs and blankets while the giant screen lights up after dark. The concession stand makes the evening even better with burgers, hot dogs, pizza, popcorn, candy, and cold drinks, while the arcade gives you more to enjoy before showtime. Calvert is Kentucky’s oldest drive-in theater, first opening on July 3, 1955, when tickets cost only 35 cents and The Pathfinder led the opening-night lineup. After closing in 2021, the longtime Marshall County landmark returned under local owners, who have kept its small-town spirit alive. The drive-in is open year-round. After next week, movies will move to Friday and Saturday nights, but the grill and arcade will continue welcoming folks Wednesday through Sunday, making Calvert a fun stop for dinner, games, a movie, and classic nostalgia here in KY!
