Blessed and Highly favored!! Major things are about happen in my life and I cannot wait for it! The last year has been very rough for me, struggling in silence with my mental health, as well as physical, but I have pushed forward and kept striving to accomplish all my dreams!
I am soo blessed and am so ready for the new chapter of my life! No distractions, no drama; only ardency, starchness, strength, and I promise to ALWAYS continue to be outspoken! 🥰

This year, I definitely want to explore new, creative, and fun ways of working out, while increasing stamina and strength. Hammock has been my favorite so far.

Also with everything I have been going through internally, this has been a huge de-stressor for me. I hope to explore more fun ways of keeping in shape this year, and I cannot wait to share my [hammock] progress with you guys!
