Kris had just left our second bee yard after checking the hives and bringing a new queen to one of the colonies when our sweet landowner sent me this picture. I couldn’t help but smile seeing her geese grazing out front with our bees tucked away in the background.

Shelves have been freshly restocked with raw, unfiltered Florida wildflower honey harvested right here in Panama City.

Every jar is a little different because every season tells a different story. That’s the beauty of real, local honey.

This season, our bees gave us something truly rare.

Unlike traditional extracted honey, this is foundationless cut comb—built entirely by the bees themselves, cell by cell, then harvested exactly as they sealed it. Nothing is heated, filtered, or altered. It’s honey in its purest form.

Every piece of comb represents weeks of work by thousands of honey bees. Because we harvest only a small amount each season, our supply is naturally limited.

Our entire 2026 harvest produced just 23 pieces.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone until the bees create more.

Every jar is harvested right here on Florida’s Gulf Coast and bottled just as the bees made it. Raw, unfiltered, and never heated to preserve the natural flavor, aroma, enzymes, and pollen that make each harvest unique.

After many revisions, I think we’ve finally created something that truly reflects who we are.

A little framed story that will sit beside our honey, not to sell a jar, but to introduce the people behind it.

Beachy Bee is more than an apiary. It’s a husband-and-wife journey built on faith, stewardship, and a deep appreciation for the remarkable world of honey bees.

We just restocked Reeves Nursery with a fresh case of our raw Florida wildflower honey and are wrapping up this season’s extraction.

Every jar begins right here in our comb. No filtering. No blending. Just real, raw honey, exactly as the bees made it.

Today we stumbled upon Bailey Bee Supply a place filled with antique bee smokers, vintage beekeeping treasures, and books that have taught generations of beekeepers. Every shelf had a story.
What made it even sweeter… our very first beagle was named Bailey. ❤️
Funny how life comes full circle.
Thank you for preserving the history of this craft we love. I’m so glad we stopped and had the chance to chat with a few beautiful souls who understand the importance of the honeybee, the colony, and preserving its rich history. 🍯📚🐝
