Her passion for sewing came at a young age of 13. She worked in a factory in Seoul, Korea, making men's clothing. Hard work is nothing new to Sunny; she would only have 2 days off a month at the factory job. With the knowledge acquired

from her work, she started her own business in Seoul, selling clothes she would make by hand. After 14 years, she moved to the US looking for better work and to raise a family. After working various jobs, she opened Sunny’s Alterations in 2010. Her hard work and love for sewing continues.
