🩰 Five hundred attendees. A slow month turned profitable. A local dance store now known for hosting a can’t-miss event.

That’s what Jessica Fernandez-Loscalzo has built with The Dance Bag Convention. Created to boost sales during dance retail’s August lull, the event brings together dancers, teachers, and top brands for a day of workshops, shopping, and community.

How’s everyone’s first day of summer break going? ☀️😂

Over here it’s been a whirlwind of errands, never-ending coffee refills, and hearing “Mom, I’m hungry!” approximately every 12 minutes. 🤪

Just out here trying to juggle being a mom, run a business, keep everyone fed, and somehow remember what I walked into the room for.

Here’s to summer break… where the days are longer, the snack budget doubles, and the coffee is mandatory. ☕️💛🌞

🚨 SUMMER SHOE PSA 🚨

Friends… the dance shoe world is currently a little chaotic 😅

Some of our vendors are experiencing MAJOR backorders, and certain shoes are taking months to arrive. (Yes, actual months. We wish we were kidding.)

The GOOD news? We are working overtime behind the scenes to hunt down inventory, track shipments, and perform what can only be described as dancewear magic ✨

BUT we need your help:
