Today is the last installment of QoV quilts for the month.
I don’t often stitch in Red, but WOW this is turning out awesome!

I had SO much fun with the last QoV quilt, Let’s start the week off with another!
These are truly a test for the Art of LongArming! The alignment of the Pieced together squares of different fabrics, highlighted by their stark colors, to maintain 1/4 or lass variance on something 57”x76”….😲
and the purpose behind each of these quilts…

Today on the LongArm? It’s Saturday 😲

This afternoon Dayna and I have been invited to the local Veterans Presentation for “Quilts of Valor”.
A couple of weeks ago, I was contacted by a friend in the quilt guild, who is the regional coordinator for the QoV Group, if we would be able to LongArm for the Organization?

I’m working today before the presentation to be able to show progress on the quilts we have been provided and looking forward to many more!

We went to a quilters estate sale today. For $398 we bought 72+ yards of fabric +2 yards of wide back fabric, 40 fat quarters, five charm packs, two layer cakes, 13 panels, a ruler, and a rotary cutter.

Now that this has been delivered, I can finally share!
Dayna bought me a couple of the panels, so I took one, cut it in 1/2, stacked on top of each other, added a couple inch border in the middle, sides, top and bottom and stitched it with Notes on the Staff.
