So incredibly grateful to have been invited to this exclusive, private shoot.

While the room was filled with stunning concepts and talented models, I couldn’t pull my lens away from this vibrant orange vision. Let’s call her “The Orange Masterpiece”—an absolute triumph of texture, color, and grace.

Anaya is a beautiful young girl from Kerala, South India, and this whimsical photo shoot taken a while back was inspired by her love of butterflies.

These artificial butterflies were carefully attached with eyelash glue to create this magical look.

Fun fact about Blue Jays:
Did you know they aren’t actually blue? Their feathers don’t contain a single drop of blue pigment! It’s actually a brown pigment (melanin), but the microscopic structure of their feathers distorts and scatters the light, tricking our eyes into seeing that gorgeous royal blue.

Slow down and watch the light change. ✨**
There is nothing quite like walking through Antelope Canyon in Page, Arizona. Every single twist and turn brings a brand-new perspective.
Because the canyon walls constantly shift, the light hits the sandstone differently at every step. One moment you’re wrapped in deep, moody purples, and the next, a beam of sunlight sets the walls ablaze in brilliant oranges and golds. It’s amazing how a single shift in the sun can give the exact same stone a totally different look and mood.
A photographer’s dream and pure magic to witness. 🏜️📸

Out of all the images this snake shoot back in July 2022, still stops me every time. 🐍✨

Sometimes the best photos aren’t the ones you pick the first time around. Going back through old sessions reminds me how many hidden gems and special moments can get overlooked in the moment. As photographers and creatives, it’s worth revisiting the work that once inspired you… because years later, you might see it completely differently.

This shoot was one of those moments for me. 🤍
