We are SO excited to officially announce the return of Shop Out for Seizures a community shopping event benefiting Milo&Me!

Join us for a day filled with shopping, local vendors, live music, raffles, family-friendly activities, epilepsy resources + so much more all while bringing our community together to raise awareness for epilepsy. 💜

Shop Out for Seizures is about more than shopping. It’s about creating a space where people living with epilepsy and their families can feel seen, supported, celebrated, and connected.

Med-parent life, but make it The Sopranos 🤌

Our last round of memes was a random fun post we made while sitting in a waiting room, and somehow we got so many requests for more. We may not be on top of all the new trends, but 2000s TV? We know our lane 😂

Weirdly, The Sopranos is a comfort show for me. Diagnosis, the journey, and all the ups and downs can make so many things feel layered and heavy. There was something really helpful about putting on shows or movies I already knew and loved, something nostalgic, something that made me smile or laugh, and something I didn’t have to fully pay attention to.

So no, The Sopranos definitely isn’t for everyone. But if you get it, you get it.

Consider this your reminder that coping with humor, comfort shows, or whatever helps carry you through still counts as coping. 🤍

We love this “kinda chic” trend. Med-mom edition. On a good day, anyway. ✨

When someone says, “You’re so strong,” the classic response is, “Well, I didn’t have a choice.”

And ain’t that the truth.

But also… hell yeah, we are. 💅

We didn’t choose the hard parts, but we learned how to face them, advocate through them and keep showing up anyway.
