The company evolved after the meticulous journey of Neo39 (est. 2000) by the Founder & CEO, Moses Cho. NEO Pasadena aims to build upon its storied heritage in the Pasadena community and retail marketplace by continuing to provide contemporary footwear and apparel in its newly renovated space.
