To everyone who has supported my T-shirt business over the years, thank you.
I'm going to address this one time, and then I'm moving forward.
Those who truly know me know that I've been in business for years and have built my reputation on quality, professionalism, and customer service. I take pride in every item I create and have always worked hard to ensure my customers are satisfied.
That said, my prices are my prices, and my policies are my policies. They are in place for a reason and are designed to protect both my customers and my business. I understand that my business may not be the right fit for everyone, and that's perfectly okay.
I also won't take to social media to criticize or embarrass anyone. That's simply not who I am. I do, however, encourage people to remember that there are always two sides to every story.
One lesson I've taken away from this experience is that, moving forward, I will no longer accept customer-provided garments for printing. While I made exceptions in the past to accommodate customers, I've learned that I cannot guarantee the quality or outcome of products that I did not supply. This policy allows me to stand behind every finished product with confidence.
As a business owner, my goal has always been to provide the best quality products and customer experience possible. I stand behind my work, and I will continue to do so.
To everyone who has called, texted, checked in, and continued to support my business, thank you. Your encouragement means more than you know, and I truly appreciate each of you.
