Do you dread fireworks because you know it scares your dogs. It really is so sad to know they are so scared.

The kitchen produced some more yumminess today. Pioneer Woman’s meatballs are headed to the table with the most delicious mashed potatoes ever. I ran out of ketchup, so I made my own! I’ve been wanting to try that for a while and I’m not sure this will be the recipe yet—the verdict is still out—but I did love that it used honey as the sweetener.

Still on the to-do list: Dale’s favorite no-bake cookies. Thankfully, he’s pretty easy to please. 😊

I have been on a journey to clear pathways, reduce inflammation, reset my fight or flight responses (I was kinda stuck there and that interferes with sleep). I have been diffusing at night. Frankincense is one of the oils I have in my difusser and I have several bio markers that have come back into range that were off the charts just a few months ago. I also add it to my moisturizer and have noticed how my skin feels so much better.
