***My barn is open by appointment. Just shoot me a message and check if I am around. I'm flexible, but sometimes things get hectic. ;)

***NOTICE: Not responsible for accidents on this property. It is a working farm, and footing may not always be best. Uneven ground/multiple levels in and around barn

are present. Please do keep an eye on kids, and enter and exit the property slowly.*** Thanks! =)

* We do have dogs, but they are FRIENDLY and believe everyone that comes here, is here for them. I try to keep the inside dogs in. The outside protector dogs are behind fences guarding our goats.
*Kids are welcome! They can meet some of our animals, learn about them or learn about some of the things I pick up. Questions are great!
*Dress appropriately if you do want to meet the animals. We have Dogs, Goats, Horses, Rabbits, Chickens. We also have mud and lots of things to clean up from the animals! haha =) In Winter, our barn is not heated, so dress warm as well.

*We are on county line road east of the town of Paw Paw, just 1 mile north of Old Chicago Road (Or 4 miles south of route 30). Sometimes GPS needs you to use the town of Earlville, BUT its Paw Paw.
*I take Cash, PayPal, Chase QuickPay and local checks. I have not yet started a website, but may be a possibility in the future! To view current items for sale:

Computer: go to the photos tab, click on Albums and it will bring you to the individual albums of items "FOR SALE" at the top of the albums section. On Smart Phones: scroll down to the Photos by page link and click on the arrow. It will bring you to all the albums and pictures of what I have and have completed/sold etc. You will get an idea of things that I find and projects that I do. Thanks for looking! I started out doing little projects for myself, but found I really enjoyed redoing furniture. . I absolutely love antique and vintage pieces with character! Redoing and selling furniture has become a hobby, and one that I really do find addicting and love! If I ever had a store of my own, I thought about what I would name it. I finally came up with Rita's Restoration and Resale after my Granny Dow passed away July 2013. My passion for history, Victorian homes, and all things Vintage I attribute to the many days and nights I spent with that set of grandparents.
