What a season! From last place to CHAMPIONS! 🏆⚾️

Today, the DTR River Cats brought home the championship after a nail-biting game against the talented and determined Fog Bank Storm. Both teams played their hearts out, and what an incredible game it was to watch!

River Cats, your hard work, dedication, teamwork, and perseverance paid off. Watching each of you grow this season—not only as athletes, but as confident young people—has been one of the greatest rewards of coaching.

This season was about so much more than wins and losses. It was about learning, believing in yourselves, supporting one another, and never giving up. And tonight, you earned every bit of that championship trophy!

As a coach, I couldn’t be prouder. And as this year’s trophy sponsor, it made bringing those trophies home even more special. ❤️

I love my vintage percolator. ☕️

It belonged to my great-aunt, and all these years later, it’s still brewing my morning coffee. There’s something special about starting the day with a piece of family history, a fresh bag of coffee from , and a little slower pace.

In a world of fancy coffee makers and one-touch buttons, I still find myself reaching for the old percolator. It reminds me that some things never go out of style.
