After much discussion, a stroke in the 5 years since I closed my doors, we came to the conclusion that we will put our Cottage Posh building in Cormorant Village up for sale. My hope is that someone with vision, who loves and appreciates Cormorant Village as I do will take advantage of this opportunity.
The potential is endless. Please share.

Cottage Posh enjoyed years of being a part of the community of Cormorant Village. Trish of the Cormorant Pub was the connector, the "go to", the hub , the heart and soul of our tiny community. Larger than that, the entire LPA community and beyond. Trish had the answers or would find one. Hard work met it's match in our Trish.Extending our sincere admiration and thanks ! Our final Posh Sale this season begins this Friday, August 18th, in Cormorant Village. We will be open 10-4 Friday and Saturday, (CORMORANT DAZE) 10-4. Here are a few pics. Come Friday if you can for better parking but Saturday Cormorant Village will be ablaze with fun so... come both days! Summer in Cormorant Village is the best. ❤️

Was that possibly the longest 4th of July weekend ever? Well, tomorrow is another weekend! We will be open for our 2nd tag sale! So much more has been added...so you better come by again! 11-4 *Friday* Saturday* Sunday. The Cormorant Area art show runs Sat & Sunday with so much to see! I will try to post some fresh pics tomorrow.

Thank you people for welcoming us back to Cormorant Village for our 1st Posh Sale. No sale this weekend but we are getting ready for next weekend! July 7,8,9. 11-4. Also please note- Cormorant Community Art Show runs July 8 & 9 . It always brings great excitement to our village! Have a fun safe 4th of July 🇺🇲and see you next weekend.

Just want to let you know what is happening at Cottage Posh. We have been closed for 3-4 years. The plan for Summer 2023 is to open for a few "Tag Sales" Our 1st sale will be in 2 weeks. Watch for more info! Fun to be back in a little different format but feels like "home".🩷
