Today was one of those days that reminds me of why I do what I do and why I push through the hard days. My day started with a fb message from a supportive customer with some Tulip Time ideas for me...How great is that?!
When I got to work, the town was buzzing and I met some lovely people today. I got to celebrate many birthday queens including Kim, who regularly comes in to catch up with me. I met the cutest mother daughter duo, who were celebrating her mom's birthday.
The first friend I met in Pella stopped in to shop and make me giggle. I helped loads of customers gather items for Easter baskets and shared grandma stories with a few, and then their was this crew of ladies...They brought me so much joy today! They loaded up the car and drove here from Illinois, so excited to get their annual photo on the throne and buy their own tiaras and to visit with little ole' me. I first met these customers, turned friends last year, and they are the kind of wonderful people you meet and feel like you just want to leave work and spend the day shopping with them.
I am very blessed and grateful for everyone who supports my little dream. I know that their are some really incredible people out there cheering for my business, and I am grateful and humbled.
