We do not ask for deposits or upfront payments for services at Twenty4 West. If anyone reaches out, offers services, and sends you our address but requests money in advance—do not send it. Always contact us first to confirm.

The only time you may be asked to send money without receiving a service is if our cancellation policy applies (last-minute cancellations or no-shows). This policy is standard for all our team members to protect their time and livelihood—it is never personal.

If you are ever unsure about someone claiming to be a Twenty4 West employee, please reach out directly to verify. Your safety, trust, and confidence mean everything to us. 🩷
