Just a quick FYI:
My cut-off for ordering made-to-order items guaranteed in time for Christmas is Dec. 2nd. There is a chance that orders placed soon after will be shipped in time, but do so at your own risk, I cannot push things this year due to my arm disability. Ready-to-ship items, when ordered independently, can be guaranteed if ordered on or before Dec. 18th, or Dec. 20th if shipping Priority (based on the USPS guidelines). These dates are for domestic orders only, unfortunately international orders aren't guaranteed for Christmas at this point.
