Holiday Weekend Update from Project Innerbloom

We believe that rest, connection, and time spent with the people we care about are just as important as the food we serve.

To give our team an opportunity to enjoy the Fourth of July holiday with their friends and families, Project Innerbloom will be closing for the weekend beginning tomorrow (Friday) at 2:00 PM. We will reopen with our regular hours after the holiday weekend.

We’ve been kicking around a new menu idea at Project Innerbloom and wanted to hear what you think.

Many of you have enjoyed our bowls, but what if some of those same flavors were available as a handheld option?

Think fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, nourishing proteins, crunchy vegetables, and our house-made sauces… all wrapped up in tacos.

Would you order Innerbloom tacos?

We use dates as our sweetener in our smoothies and other items, there are a few reasons why.

Dates have been nourishing humans for thousands of years. Archaeological evidence suggests date palms have been cultivated for more than 6,000 years, making them one of the oldest cultivated foods on Earth. Entire civilizations throughout the Middle East and North Africa relied on dates as a staple source of energy, nutrition, and sustenance.

Unlike refined sugar, dates come as a complete food package. Along with their natural sweetness, they contain fiber, potassium, magnesium, copper, antioxidants, and a variety of plant compounds that support overall health.

One of the things we appreciate most about dates is that their fiber helps slow the absorption of their natural sugars, creating a gentler impact than many highly processed sweeteners. They provide sweetness while still retaining many of the nutrients that nature intended.

Dates also incredibly versatile, blending beautifully into smoothies, sauces, and functional foods; Adding richness and caramel-like flavor without the need for refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, or syrups.

Tomorrow is a big day for us at Project Innerbloom.

After months of requests, conversations, testing, and tasting, we’re officially launching our new Superfood Bowls.

These aren’t pre-built bowls with a name attached to them, those come next. At first, we wanted to create something that feels more personal than that. Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is food. That’s why every bowl starts with your choice of base, Açaí, Dragonfruit, Matcha, or Cacao and from there, you build it your way.

Choose fresh fruit, crunchy unique granolas, nutrient-dense toppings, and your favorite drizzle to create something that fits exactly what you’re craving in that moment. Every bowl is finished with h**p hearts and chia seeds because we believe nourishment should taste good while actually supporting your body.

Whether you’re looking for a refreshing breakfast, a post-workout meal, an afternoon pick-me-up, or simply an excuse to enjoy something delicious, these bowls were designed to meet you where you are.

We’ll be serving our new Sprout Bowls (Small) and Bloom Bowls (Large) beginning tomorrow at 10 am.

We can’t wait to see what combinations our community comes up with first. Maybe your bowl will inspire a pre built special in the future, named after you.

We will be closed tomorrow as our team takes the day for training, development, and preparation for some exciting additions we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

We will reopen on Tuesday with one of our most requested menu expansions available:

We’ve had a lot of people asking when these would arrive, and we’re excited to finally bring them to the menu. Whether you’re looking for something refreshing, energizing, indulgent, or nutrient-dense, there will be a bowl for you.
