🐎"Attitude Adjustment"🐴

-Is the name of this stunning bronze statue located in our hat section. It stands at 16 feet and weighs approximately 7000 pounds.

"Attitude Adjustment" was sculpted by Austin Barton of Joseph, Oregon, in 1990. Barton is also the sculptor of the "Let 'Er Buck" bronze in front of the Round-Up stadium.

This bronze fits perfectly in our store, both figuratively and literally. During renovations, an old framed-in skylight was re-discovered. It has since been re-vamped, and coincidentally, happened to be the perfect fit for the bronze.

🐴The Old Horse🐎

If you've walked to the back of the store and looked up, you've seen our old horse!

Here’s some history on him:

He is an artifact from the beginning of our store, originally placed above the entrance (see Figure 2), then moved to the sales floor (Figure 3). He was later sold in the 1940s and bought back in the early 2010s.

His ears and legs are cast iron, his mouth is wood, his tail is genuine horse hair, and the rest of his body is made of a tough, papier-mâché-like material. He was first a dapple gray; his color faded with time, and he was then changed to a buckskin with white socks.

He’s a pretty special pony with a very special story!
