This weekend was one of those moments when I really felt the pressure of my work. I had a few appointments not show up or complete their transactions. It was dishearting .

I made this appointment a few weeks ago. I had asked the clients to wait because, after hearing their needs, I placed a order for larger frames and different styles. They had told me the glasses they owned where just what the doctor had and personally they wanted to be able to wear more colors, trendier shapes, and better performing lenses. I wanted to give them plenty of options.

So I arrived early, and the results are what you see here. This sale arrived right on time and changed my paradigm. I can continue to look for clients and look for those who need eyewear.

Wrapping up at the Flea Market. One of the things I'm stull learning is how to use my CRM software to its full capacity.

People are interested in my product, but how to keep me at the the forefront of thier mind for eyewear? Text Message campaign was the simplest way for me to approach this problem.

- It's simple and informative
- I can save photos of frames to their personal profile.
