Sharri’s Cute Caps offers traditional and custom scrub caps with a bit of flair, using a wide variety of fabrics, ribbon and trim! After 20 years working in the Operating Room, wearing hospital scrubs and comfortable shoes, I decided that the plain blue paper scrub hats that I wear every day needed an overhaul. Wanting to have comfortable scrub hats to match my comfortable shoes, I made a pattern

and let the creative ideas flow. Two years later, using my fabulous coworkers at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL as guinea pigs and with loads of support from my family, Sharri’s Cute Caps emerged. My daughter Abbi joined the madness of late night and weekend sewing extravaganzas in 2012. The demand for unique, comfortable and stylish caps began to be shared with my patients and scrub hat patterns were modified to meet the needs of patients undergoing chemotherapy. Many of our patients loved the colorful hats which further encouraged me to continue my passion for sewing. The motto “if you gotta wear them, they gotta be cute” was born from those patients. A portion of all proceeds from scrub hat sales are donated to my other passion……work with the Krewe du YaYas, a non-profit organization of amazing women that raise money through fundraising efforts and donate to area hospitals to pay for mammograms for uninsured or underinsured men and women. My husband and partner, Todd Horney (no kidding~really his name) began wearing the mens scrub caps while boating and gave me input on fit and style....hence, the name T-Ho Designs for our mens line. A former Marine officer, his dedication and belief in giving 100% has greatly influenced the company to grow. Also, his 15 years experience in medical sales has enhanced our product by reinforcing the focus on selling a quality product and customer satisfaction. I have made hats for men, including members of my own family, who use them under motorcycle and bike helmets, under welding helmets, at the beach, as well as men undergoing chemotherapy and just want a "lid cover"! We are family owned and operated, products are made in the USA, and we use quality fabrics, ribbon and trim to produce quality products. Thanks for visiting and happy shopping!
