CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE... (Eminem voice)
These past 4 weeks have BEEN WILD.
Week 1: My youngest was sick. (Couldn't hardly work in the shop like I needed) got behind. In the middle of the week I got sick.
Week 2: I was still sick and got further behind but tried my hardest to work all I could.
Week 3: My oldest was sick, I was still sick but got almost all the way caught up. Still playing catch up.
Week 4: No school all week and still trying to play catch up!
Most businesses have a couple people under one roof who help with EVERYTHING.
We have help on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Not every week). She presses shirts that way I can try and stay on top of EVERYTHING else.
•Answering messages
•Design work (some take hrs and I don't charge for that, because I love what I do)
•Ordering this consists of sorting emails, text, phone calls that were made, and comments. Finding the sites that offer the best prices to keep prices down for you all.
•embroidery this is actually a 14-21 day turn around BECAUSE.... digitizing takes time, ordering the correct thread color, waiting for shipping on correct thread color, doing test stitching. It's not a click and done. I DO try and get it done as fast as possible but mistakes happen I'm human and they are machines.
•packaging orders shipping orders making sure everyone gets a message that orders are ready for pickup.
I know I'm missing other stuff.
So with this said I DO make mistakes, I DO over look messages, I DO TRY MY HARDEST TO GET STUFF OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND MOST IMPORTANT I'M STILL A MOM. I also enjoy my evenings and weekends with my family just like you all. My evenings and weekends also consist of custom design work and research trying to find new and eye catchy stuff.
If you stayed around I do appreciate you all soo much, I couldn't do what I love without you. I've lost some I've gained some but I have truly appreciated you all.
