Did you miss me? On June 12, I closed on my very first home. I’ve been busy trying to get settled in. My craft supplies are still boxed up, but they’ll be making a comeback just in time for fall decorating. 🍂🏡

Much of who we become is shaped by our upbringing. We are taught, conditioned, and influenced by our parents, our experiences, and the environments in which we were raised. However, there comes a point in adulthood when we must stop saying, “This is just how I was raised,” and start asking, “Is this mindset or behavior helping me become the person I want to be?”

Growth often requires us to challenge old beliefs, unlearn unhealthy patterns, and embrace new ways of thinking. If what you’ve always done isn’t producing the results you desire, it’s okay to change course.

Different results REQUIRE different actions.

As a creator, I see art everywhere. ✨This dandelion fairy was one of my favorite sights at the Renaissance Festival. The creativity, craftsmanship, and imagination it took to craft a giant dandelion bloom is amazing.
Inspiration is all around us if we slow down enough to notice it. 🌼🧚‍♀️

This flower girl basket started as a $1 thrift store find and got a complete makeover. It’s amazing what a little creativity, ribbons, and florals can do!
