They are a non-profit and we made them $10,000 from selling off items and architectural salvage before building was demolished. Old56salvage is going to continue under a new owner. Same location. John Glass using the name of Nature's Way will continue to sell reclaimed materials and custom made items. Nature's Way should be up and running by end of summer. I will update info as time goes on.

So I have been getting ready for our auction to close up Old56salvage. We have posted a video and some ads about closing up. If you missed it here is another reminder.

I want to thank all my customers over the last 15 years. It's been so much fun providing architectural salvage to all yinz. Also making custom tables and build outs for customers like Deshantz Restaurant group and many residential builds for customers who many have become friends.

I am not completely going away. I have a small shop at my house and will continue to work with architectural salvage on a smaller scale.

I am also going to keep up my page and concentrate on demo salvage estate sales. We have done 5 or 6 in the last few years and will continue in that format. If you are demolishing a property why not sell any or all materials that have value to cut down the demolition costs.

I am hoping auction to be ready by tomorrow. Gene Gornik auctions will be doing the sale and it will be a online only auction that will last a minimum of 9 days and maybe 2 weeks.

Look back tomorrow and hopefully I will have details up for the auction.
