What if there is a problem with my order? We will take care of you, no matter what.

We are a veteran owned company and our goal is to support and build our community through providing access to online sales for community members who are trying to build and grow their personal businesses. While we do make our own products, we offer online services to small businesses to allow for online sales and distribution without the hassle of managing an online store or presence. If there's a

problem with your order, the first thing to do is send us an email. The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy. Our dedicated team is here to help so send us an email at [email protected]. What if I receive a defective product? If you believe you've received a defective product, contact our support team through email, and speak with a our support team. If your product is manufactured by Wabash Valley Creations, our support team will work with you to replace your item with a replacement as long as we are contacted within 30 days of receiving the item. If your product is manufactured through a third-party manufacturer we will direct you to their support team and work alongside you to ensure you are satisfied with your order. All returns through third-party manufacturers are in accordance with their terms and conditions.
