Hearing Catherine talk about her Swim California journey was incredible for all ages. These kids have started their open water swims with Alcatraz and GG Bridge Crossings.

So after hearing details of Swim California, Catherine inspired them to swim Waikiki rough water next!

Meeting in real life- an incredible athlete with incredible goals and how the team makes it happen is a special mement of time. It makes it tangible and possible for next generation to expand, think big and go for it.

Trans Tahoe 11 mile Relay from Nevada to California.
6,200 ft elevation that made every breath count.

Just for fun.

Tahoe’s calm winds and warm sunshine spoiled us this year. The crisp alpine water wasn’t nearly as cold as we braced ourselves for. Instead, it felt like magic.

Trading off every 30minutes, a team of 6 women who love to swim, looked down through the legendary crystal clear water, while completely surrounded by its deep hue.

Open water swimming was more than a goal of swimming the distance; it’s about finding that feeling of being alive, connected to nature and supported by a community that lifts you up.
