I just want to share the most heartwarming and special sewing project that I completed and it was picked up today. My client wanted to have 2 T-shirt quilts made from old T-shirts from her father. She has kept them since he passed and the 2 quilts were made for both her and her sister. He was an aircraft technician and was obviously very loved by his family.

I was purely a labor of love and I was grateful to be able to put together such a cherished memory for them.

I had a very interesting project of which my client had several stuffed animals and wanted them cut into pieces and made into one stuffed animal. It was a memorial project of which he wanted to keep parts of each stuffed animal to keep as a cherished memory. It was a very creative and fun project.

I completed such a fun project today! My client has an original Paddington Bear that is about 45 years old that has been passed down a couple of generations. The right arm was broken off and needed to be reattached and he no longer had a jacket. I loved Paddington Bear growing up so I was delighted to do this project! I was able to reattach/sew the arm back to the body and make a new blue jacket and hat. It was so much fun and my client and her family really loved my work! The first 2 pictures are before repair and the last 2 are after repair and new jacket and hat!

I had a very fun project from a sweet client who wanted a sweatshirt and polo shirt embroidered/stitched around letters she cut out from her son's old onesies (spelled out Mama and Dada). Such a fun and heartwarming project.

I had a very fun and creative project of making cute beach cover-ups for the bride's bridesmaids out of the fabric used as center runners on the tables at the reception. Each one was made with it's own individual embellishments so they are all individual originals.

As wedding season continues on through the summer, I have had the opportunity to alter a couple of wedding dresses, flower girl dress and, bridesmaid dresses, and Groom's pants. Need baseball pants altered? They can easily be shortened and elastic added to the bottom of the legs. That way, the pants can be pulled up the leg rather than tucking them into the socks.
