I am heartbroken. We sold a beautiful old plate, Sevres. When we went to our inventory to get it, it was missing, along with two other antique plates that were with it. We, of course, refunded their money immediately and took the other two plates offline, all of which caused us to lose money all around. Racking our brains, we still cannot figure out what happened to the lovely antique plates.
