BIG STEPPER TALK🤫A leader's path is not for the faint,
With greatness comes envy, and criticism's stain.
But still we rise, we learn, we grow,
And turn our mistakes into wisdom to show.
We lead by example, we provide with love,
We pave the way for the next from above.
Our greatness is a beacon, a guiding light,
Inspiring others to shine, to take flight.
But with every step forward, there's a test,
A trial by fire, to see if we're blessed.
The weight of expectation, the pressure to perform,
Can be overwhelming, but we stay calm and conform.
We focus on our purpose, our heart's desire,
To uplift and inspire, to ignite the fire.
We won't be deterred by negativity and hate,
For we know our greatness is not for debate.
So let's celebrate our wins, big and small,
And learn from our losses, standing tall.
Let's be the change we wish to see,
And spread love, kindness, and positivity.
For life is full of surprises, twists and turns,
But with faith, hope, and love, we learn to yearn.
To be a leader, a provider, a guiding light,
And shine so bright, that it touches the night.
