After a long clothing hiatus, I am making a set of custom Affirmation Button-ups for a friend! The fabric is his literal childhood bedsheets and the affirmations will offer healing to his inner child! Can't wait to finish them and see him running around in them. 💕

With these shirts we, together, transform the past into something empowering that transmutes pain and discarded linens into a joyful reimagining of life!

Last month, I worked on a Affirmation Button-Up for my mom. She has been on an epic journey with her relationship to her body. And asked for one to celebrate and honor this moment. It was a weighty task to undertake.

But last week she received the shirt and wanted me to share! She chose an affirmation that has guided her through this process. And now it serves as a wearable reminder to herself of the willingness to challenge old patterns, to care for ones self, and to values ones own life.

Honestly, I am still in a bit of shock. But if my mother can begin to heal her relationship to her body perhaps we can all find that space. 💜✨️
