On April 21, I was 214 pounds.
Today May 31, I am 202 pounds.
That is 12 pounds in 6 weeks. 🤯 By the way, this is the fastest you can lose wright and still be healthy.
And I’m just getting started 💃🏻
Here are the top 3 things that I am doing ✨consistently ✨ that is responsible for these results.
1️⃣ Cooking my meals myself / eating at home
2️⃣ Walking 30-50 minutes, 3-4 times a week
3️⃣ Eating high protein meals every day

Becoming consistent in my morning routine allowed me to add good habits on top of my routine like meal planning for the day in the morning. This set me up to stick to my plan throughout the day and see .
