Some of y’all don’t even realize why you feel mentally drained all the time.

You’re too available.

Too available for people… too available for things that don’t even be helping you grow.

And you keep giving your energy to stuff that’s not pouring anything back into you.

Then you wonder why you feel off, overwhelmed, or stuck.

It’s not always about doing more…
sometimes it’s about being honest with yourself about what you need to start pulling back from.

Not everything deserves your time.
Not everything deserves access to you.

Be honest… has it been feeling more peaceful or more lonely for you lately?

It gets real quiet when you start growing. 🤐

Once you start noticing more… you can’t really unsee it.

You stop explaining yourself, stop forcing conversations, stop entertaining everything, and stop trying to keep certain things alive…

And yeah… it can feel a little lonely. But at the same time, you’ll feel way more at peace. ☮️

That’s when you realize you didn’t lose anything you didn’t need, you just outgrew what you were willing to be around.
