Today we celebrate!

Not only the events that shaped our history, but the people, communities, and values that continue to shape our future.

Over the past two weeks we've reflected on identity, legacy, belonging, heritage, character, gratitude, and hope for what comes next.

Because history isn't only about where we've been.

It's also about what we choose to build moving forward.

As we celebrate Independence Day, may we appreciate the past, value the present, and help shape a future worth passing forward.

Happy Independence Day and happy 250th birthday to America from CJP Collections. 🇺🇸

Tomorrow is Independence Day.

For some, it's a time to celebrate with family and friends.

For others, it's a chance to reflect, reconnect, and appreciate the people and places that matter most.

Every holiday carries traditions.

Every generation creates new ones.

As we head into the weekend, what are you looking forward to most?

Gratitude has a way of changing perspective.

It shifts our attention from what we're missing to what we've been given.

As Independence Day approaches, many of us will gather with family, friends, neighbors, and communities.

Before the celebrations begin, it's worth asking:

What are you most grateful for?

History gives us more than dates and events.

It gives us perspective.

It reminds us of what matters, what endures, and what deserves to be passed forward.

As we approach Independence Day and look ahead to America's 250th birthday, it's worth taking a moment to reflect.

What lessons from the past are still worth carrying into the future?

Cities are often known for their landmarks.

But people remember them for something deeper.

Their character.

Philadelphia has always been a city that's difficult to describe in a single word.

Some people see resilience.

Others see loyalty.

Others see community, determination, authenticity, or grit.

When you think about Philadelphia, what quality comes to mind first?

Every generation inherits something.

Stories.

Traditions.

Lessons.

Places that help define who we are.

The question isn't only whether we remember them.

It's whether we choose to preserve them and pass them forward.

As America approaches its 250th birthday, what responsibility do we have to future generations?

For some people, Independence Day is fireworks.

For others, it's family traditions, cookouts, parades, or time spent together.

As we get closer to July 4th, it's worth remembering that this day means something different to everyone.

Ask ten people about Philadelphia and you'll probably hear ten different stories.

A neighborhood they grew up in.

A game they attended.

A family tradition.

A favorite place.

A moment they'll never forget.

The longer we live, the more we realize that places become meaningful because of the memories attached to them.

What's your favorite Philadelphia memory?

Home isn't always a place.

Sometimes it's a collection of memories, values, experiences, and lessons that stay with us long after we've left.

Philadelphia has a way of leaving its mark on people.

The neighborhoods.
The culture.
The resilience.
The stories.

No matter where life takes us, some things travel with us.

What pieces of Philadelphia do you carry with you wherever you go?

Philadelphia played an important role in shaping the story of America.

Its history is well documented.

Its impact is undeniable.

But as we approach America's 250th birthday, perhaps the more interesting question isn't about the past.

It's about the future.

Philadelphia helped shape the story of America.

What role should it play in the next 250?

What role should Philadelphia play in America's future?
