BUS STOP Ex[IT] Thank you for loving my BUS STOP X styles, cherish the ones you own & hope they make your heart pitter-patter forever and a day!

I can't believe it's almost a year since I said goodbye to my brick + mortar boutique on 4th Street in Queen Village. A very emotional experience indeed after 18 years!

Since closing my brick + mortar, I have hosted numerous Pop Ups & I would like to thank each & every one of you who have supported me in person or online to keep my business going. To be honest, it has been hard to sustain a steady income, with the tariff situation it's almost impossible to design & produce a new shoe collection without charging my customers a whole hell of a lot more for each pair!

Sadly it's time to break the sad news to you that, I will be officially exiting BUS STOP. My business has given me so much joy over the 19 years & I have nurtured so many beautiful relationships.

It is now officially the end of an era!

This past year, l've had time to feel grateful, to giveback, slow down (just a wee bit), be kind, loving and patient, to soak in the moments of the good joys that life has to offer, while at the same time struggling with the realities of life. And most importantly, spend more time with family, my son Colin, his beautiful two girls & to lean into new ways of what my future has to offer.

I feel truly honored that you have joined me on my BUS STOP journey & my ever-evolving life as a shoe designer, female entrepreneur, mother, sister, daughter, friend & whatever you want to call me!

I've truly missed all of you + my team ~ Aubrie, Aubrey, Grace & more recently Natalie!

You can shop one last time online. With limited quantities available, it's your last look at my coveted BUS STOP X styles.

It's your chance to be a BUS STOP Ex babe & buy your final pair(s) as I prepare for my BUS STOP Ex[IT]

Much love, Elena xx xx

REAL TALK / The Online Brand Survival Guide event took place at MADE INSTITUTE.

I had the honor of being a guest speaker with Leo Voloshin of Print Fresh. Victoria Wright was our brilliant moderator.

We discussed what actually sustains a direct-to-consumer brand beyond aesthetics and social media.

Running an independent brand online is more complex than it seems. Customer retention.
Production margins. Conversion rates. Messaging.
Systems.

At our “Real Talk: The Online Brand Survival Guide” event, we had open discussions about what actually sustains a direct-to-consumer brand beyond aesthetics and social media.

If you’re building (or planning to build) an independent label, this conversation was for you.

Leo and I got REAL & had an honest conversation with all those who attended. We both enjoyed it as much as our audience!
