Sales Specialist
We are growing and looking for a driven customer service professional to join our dynamic team.

This opportunity:
Role requires a high-level of service excellence, as well as an ability to effectively manage and address customer inquiries via telephone and email. This role will have accountability to support multiple functions to ensure successful customer experience - from order to product delivery, with support of a collaborative team. There is opportunity for expanded responsibility and career growth based on individual performance. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Quickly and effectively manage customer orders, inquiries and service issues via phone and email
Support internal sales team and external distributors with operational tasks, including:
Ordering process to ensure the distributors receive the product necessary to support our joint selling efforts
Work with the distributors to construct and process orders
Manage new customer intake
First point of contact, with a 'warm' hand-off to Account Executives; must be well versed in product, procedures and company policies
Provide daily/weekly recaps to Director of Sales on prospects and customer service issues
Identify and qualify new leads to pass on to Account Executives
Requirements
Strong team player
Highly organized and detail-oriented; Ability to follow-up and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Hardworking, driven and eager to take initiative with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong customer service and relationship building orientation
Positive and energetic personality with problem solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Desire to learn and grow within the position
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook)
CRM experience a plus
We all work separately in a large office area. If candidates have not been vaccinated, they must wear a mask at all times. We have hand cleaning stations throughout the building.
