You want embroidery on the sleeve, perhaps a complex floral arrangement like this, so why doesn’t our design tool show a separate side view?

A flat render can show the placement, but not exactly how the artwork will sit once the sleeve curves around the arm. Sure, using AI we could make almost anything look convincing, but that would include things that could never be produced - so our design tool is shaped by decades of production experience and a deliberate refusal to over-engineer the process.

Place the artwork where you want it, and we refine the scale, angle and orientation so it sits correctly and faces outward when worn. That is the beauty of made to order.

From five individual customisations per shirt to unusual fabrics, fully bespoke artwork and details that differ from garment to garment, we build the process around the order rather than forcing the order into a standard template.

This started with a customer message: “I’m trying to design shirts for a golf tournament.”

From there, we took the idea, redrew the artwork, mapped it properly across the shirt, checked the button seam alignment, and prepared the production files so the finished garment looked like the design they had in mind.

It was an order for 22 shirts, but the process is the same whether it’s 22 pieces or 1,000+: careful artwork, clear proofing, proper production.
