Join us at Moon+Arrow on Saturday, October 24, from 2:30–4:30 PM for Seasonal Sovereignty, a hands-on herbal medicine workshop exploring immune health, grief care, and the wisdom of seasonal folk traditions.

Rooted in Appalachian, Celtic, and Southern Italian herbal practices, this gathering invites us to reconnect with the plants growing around us, explore their folklore and traditional uses, and learn practical ways to care for ourselves and our communities.

Together, we’ll make fire c***r and a heart cordial, two herbal preparations to take home and add to your personal apothecary. Join us for an afternoon of storytelling, medicine making, and reconnecting with the rhythms of the season.
