🛍️ **Claiming Items:**

* Use the correct **code word** when claiming — **NO made-up words** or rules.
* **No returns, no refunds.** Please claim responsibly. Once you claim, it’s yours.
* **NO put-backs after the live.** It's too much work to keep up with changes!
* First-time buyers must pay a **\$15 deposit** (goes toward your bill).

💳 **Invoices & Payments:**

* **Once invoice is sent** after the live.
* You have **24–48 hours to pay**, unless we've discussed an emergency plan for you. But you WILL still need to make a partial payment point blank period!!! (please don’t make that a habit).
* Once paid, your items ship:

* **Next business day** or
* **That Friday**, depending on payment time.

📦 **Shipping Policy:**

* We’re based on the **West Coast**.
* Once a package leaves our hands, **we are NOT responsible for it.**
* We’ll help track it, but any claims after that go through the **carrier’s customer claims department**.
