Some signs that you may need to unsubscribe to someone’s account:
1. You compare yourself to someones elses feed/life/body
2. You feel drained when you see someone’s posts or stories
3. Their account doesn’t spark joy
4. Their account is promoting diet culture or that you need to “change”

If you don’t feel comfortable blocking or unfriending someone try the mute tool. 💅🏼💕Then in a month see how your mental health is doing. Has having a break from THAT persons feed helped you? If so… keep it going!👍🏼

I think it’s hard to put your finger on who you need to unfollow (hey it might even need to be me! Which is totally ok!) 🤪so try to be mindful today of when you are scrolling on insta or Facebook…. What emotions pop up? Does this person uplift you or guilt you?💫✨
