**EVENT UPDATE**

We wanted to provide you with an update for the Phoenix Bridal Show.

As a company we made the hard decision to postpone the March 29, 2020 event to do our part in stopping the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19.) This decision was made prior to any State or Federal mandates in order to keep our community, our staff, exhibitors, volunteers, brides, grooms and their family and friends safe. That is who we are as a company, safety first. We were proud to do our part to continue the slowing of COVID- 19. Because of this postponement we rescheduled the show for October 25th at Chateau Luxe, as we were optimistic and hopeful that everyone would be on the other side of this global pandemic. Because of the restrictions put in place July of 2020 we would have been out of compliance with the Executive Order and therefore had to postpone that event as well.

We have seen some weddings and events starting to come back to our industry. Weddings are being planned, private events are happening and people are celebrating their “special day” once again.

Because the Phoenix Bridal Show is a public event and held indoors, we are required to follow the current Maricopa County and Health Department guidelines in regards to social distancing. Though Governor Ducey has eased capacity restrictions, this is still not enough to be able to produce an event that is attended by a large number of people.

We have been in discussions with community leaders on this issue for their timeline on when these mandate restrictions will be opening up and unfortunately, they have no anticipated date and certainly not before March 21. Because of this we are once again postponing the March 21, 2021 Phoenix Bridal Show. In order to safeguard the investment made by our exhibitors, we won’t take the chance that we could be shut down by the Health Department or the City of Phoenix for non-compliance.

In light of this postponement, we have secured a new date of October 24, 2021, to open our doors to our exhibitors and wedding couples along with their family and friends to help plan their special day as we have done so for the last 18 years.

These have been challenging and unprecedented times. We are all in this together and together we will come back stronger and better than before. Please continue to do your part; mask up and keep each other safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing you at Chateau Luxe on October 24, 2021.

EVENT UPDATE

October 25th is fast approaching, therefore we wanted to provide you with an update for the Phoenix Bridal Show.

As a company we made the hard decision to postpone the March 29th event to do our part in stopping the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19.) This decision was made prior to any State or Federal mandates in order to keep our community, our staff, exhibitors, volunteers, brides, grooms and their family and friends safe. That is who we are as a company, safety first. We were proud to do our part to continue the slowing of COVID- 19. Because of this postponement we rescheduled the show for October 25th at Chateau Luxe, as we were optimistic and hopeful that everyone would be on the other side of this global pandemic.

Because the Phoenix Bridal Show is a public event, we are required to follow the State of Arizona’s current mandates and Executive Orders issued by Governor Ducey back in July. Amongst other things, these mandates include; mass gathering and organized events over 50 people remain prohibited by the executive order, even if appropriate physical distancing is possible.

We have been in discussions with community leaders on this issue for their timeline on when these mandate restrictions will be opening up and unfortunately, they have no anticipated date and certainly not before October 25th. Because of this we are once again postponing the October 25, 2020 Phoenix Bridal Show.
