FedEx's website is extremely difficult to navigate after their recent update. It is perplexing that companies redesign their websites when the original version was satisfactory. Unfortunately, it is challenging to speak with a representative because the tracking number provided is not recognized by their system. The automated message instructs callers to dial back with the correct tracking number before being transferred to a representative. It is disappointing that FedEx appears to be one of the most inefficient companies to work with for shipping purposes.
