🚨 Important Payment Policy Update 🚨

Lately, I’ve had a TON of people claiming bows and then not paying their totals.

Going forward, if you claim bows or any other items, you will have 24 hours to pay your invoice. Totals are sent through Messenger along with the available payment options.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, you will receive one reminder. After that, you will have 2 additional hours to submit payment.

If payment is still not received, your claim(s) will be canceled, and you will no longer be able to purchase from Rayne Marie’s Bowtique.🎀

This has become a recurring issue, and it also prevents other customers from being able to purchase bows they were hoping to get. It’s only fair that claimed items don’t sit unpaid while others miss out.

I will be keeping track of unpaid claims moving forward.
