Whether you're working, scrolling, gaming, or binge-watching your favorite show, too much screen time can leave your eyes feeling tired, dry, and strained.

➡️ Try the 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

It's a simple habit that can help reduce digital eye strain and give your eyes the break they deserve. 💙

And don't forget to blink! We tend to blink less when looking at screens, which can lead to dry, irritated eyes.

Your eyes are with you for life—take care of them! If you're experiencing headaches, eye fatigue, or blurry vision after screen use, we'd love to help.
