In the deepest holes of a penitentiary in the hills of Kentucky, a Hippie Biker is kept. Swapped one nickname for another. The Barber. The Barber is notorious for scalping in order to collect tattoos from the scalp.
He has entrusted me with his art he makes to pass time…. Waiting for his release.
