People are trying to review bomb our Laundromat on Google stating false information about us being closed and machines being broken even though 95% of the machines are brand new. There's no attendant on duty so it only gets cleaned once or twice a day when someone is available but there is always someone around to respond when people need assistance but most of the day it's just my grandfather who is almost 90 that is around to respond and a lot of people are too lazy to read signs on the window stating if assistance is needed to give us a call. I run our Google page but for some reason Google created a second one that was listed under the wrong address and one woman took the time to post on both pages trying to say we are closed, TWO DIFFERENT TIMEs when simply we don't offer dry cleaning services anymore hence the side of the building being closed to the public and anyone who actually has been to the Laundromat can figure that out very easily. One woman states she lost 75 cents but made no effort to contact us about a refund so it's simply out of our control at that point. Google reviews are in no way beneficial to any business because people are very one sided with OPINIONS and observations are almost always uninformed or just toxic in nature. It's almost as if they've actually never been there and just wish to bring the face value of our business down without ever actually trying to bring their criticism and judgement to us directly.
