I haven't posted because I have been busy and making decisions about some things, business and personal.

The plan was to close up the store this past weekend, but I was busy around home and didn't get it done. To make sense of paying for another month, I will remain open through September. Hours and days will likely be different, especially this week, as a I do some planning.

Due to plans to close, I hadn't ordered any new inventory. However, I did order a few new kid's items and women plus-size items to gauge interest.

Since September marks a year of the store being open, I plan to still do a few things to acknowledge the year. I will post more on that later today.

To those of you who have been supportive, I truly appreciate it.

I was planning to do an anniversary event to celebrate one year in business instead of closing since so many have asked me not to give up.

However, I discovered another business is also holding an anniversary event the same day, the only day I had managed to free up. Our little town and parking area can't handle 2 events so I think it's a sign to just give up anyway.

There will not be a going out of business sale. I will just close the storefront and sell online. There are only a few days left for the 30% off sale.
