One of the biggest transformations to come through the studio! ✂️
This client's jacket and shirt needed a complete reconstruction to achieve the right fit.
✨ Shirt: Resized from an XL to a Small/Medium, removing approximately 10 inches through the body. ✨ Jacket: Taken in approximately 6 inches for a tailored, fitted silhouette.
When alterations involve this much resizing, it's far more than "taking in the sides"—it's reshaping the garment to fit as though it was made for the wearer.

Sometimes, it's all in the details. ✨

A bride brought me her veil after it had been torn. While I was able to repair the rip, the seam was still visible. Instead of settling for "good enough," I used lace from the hem of her gown to create matching appliqués that blended the repair seamlessly into the design.

Now her veil not only looks whole again—it ties in beautifully with her dress, making it feel like it was always meant to be that way.

Sometimes the best repairs are the ones you can't even tell were repairs. 🤍
