It is with heavy hearts that we share we are unable to reopen White Satin Bridal due to the fire and the resulting damage to our store.

Thank you for 21 years filled with the most joyous moments of saying yes to the dress. We feel so incredibly lucky to have been a part of your dress shopping experience.

To our staff, you are the heart and soul behind White Satin Bridal, and we are forever grateful for your dedication to our store and to each and every customer.

We will be completing all pickups through the end of June at our temporary location on Main Street. If you have an existing order, a paid deposit, or a question about your appointment, please reach out to us directly so we can help you personally. If you have an appointment with one of our preferred seamstresses after June 30, she will be in touch to confirm the location of your appointment.

We are so sad it had to end this way. We love our WSB family and will miss you all so much. ❤️

Hello, WSB family! We are here with a quick update!
As you may have heard, our downtown store is temporarily closed for new business. However, we are excited to announce that we are servicing our existing customers at a temporary location.
In the wake of our displacement, we have had several customers ask how they can support WSB! Here are a few ways you can help:
🤍 If you have already created a file, we can still order your dress and/or any other favorite accessories!
🤍 Bring your gown back for cleaning and preservation now that you’ve celebrated your big day. Don’t forget to bring pictures to share with us!
🤍 Check our page regularly for updates!
🤍 Tell future brides about us and encourage them to visit us once we reopen. We love welcoming new brides to our WSB Family!

We would like to extend a very sincere thank you to the Plainfield Fire Department, Plainfield Police Department, neighboring responding departments and community members who assisted us in evacuating our customer's dresses yesterday! And to everyone who reached out to help or even offer words of encouragement, we appreciate you so much! We truly have the very best community!
Our business is temporarily closed. Our staff is diligently working on reaching out to all of our current customers. We will have a temporary location for dress pickups and alterations by appointment. Location to be announced soon!

As many of you have heard, a neighboring business experienced a fire today. The fire was contained and did not reach us. All purchased dresses and accessories have been evacuated and are safe. We will be in contact with our customers as soon as possible.
