Okay let me be 100% transparent here for a minute then you can go back to your doomscrolling.

I’ve taken some much needed time away from social media, away from the business, away from anything that didn’t feel aligned with the life I’m trying to create for myself. Some of that time was healthy and positive and other times not so much. I am learning that it is OKAY. You’ll fall and get back up again 100 times before you create the perfect system or have it all figured out. Truth be told that’ll never happen. We’re human and life isn’t linear. It’s full of ups and downs, highs and lows.

So if you need to give yourself some grace, let this be your reminder. You’re not alone and Gods got you.
