Just a friendly reminder of our hours of operation! They are posted on our door, however wanted to put this up to remind everyone that we are closed Saturday through Monday.

*Sometimes* Danny is here on Monday, however I would not plan your orders around that possibility and no embroidery orders are done on the days we are closed except for extreme high volume times of the year such as Christmas. If you need an order by a Monday, we will have it ready by the Friday before.

UPDATED Christmas Cut-Off Date: We apologize for the inconvenience, however we do have to move our cut-off date up due to a high volume and we want to be able to complete all Christmas orders in a timely manner. Our new cut-off is this Friday, December 12. It will still be possible to have items printed after this date, but embroidery orders will not be guaranteed after this date. We are still implementing a rush fee for any orders that need to be placed ahead of existing orders, however we cannot rush any orders with 10 or more items for embroidery at this time.

We are working very hard to get your items out and we thank you all for making this one of our best years ever!

FYI! We are officially declaring our cut off for orders that are needed by Christmas! If you have stockings or gifts that you have been putting off bringing it, now is the time to be sure I have time to complete your order.

Additionally, due to a high order volume, any orders placed today until Christmas for embroidery that need to be rushed ahead of other customers will be subject to a rush fee of up to $20. This is due to a high volume of "rushed" requests at this time and I simply cannot accommodate every single one while also completing existing orders.
